Green Arrow Nutrition offers an easy to follow and understand return policy for anyone who has made a purchase, either online or in any of the retail locations where the product is available. There are a few things you should know so you can take advantage of the policy should you ever need it.
Online Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase. If you have ordered an item online you will need to have a copy of the packing slip in order to make a return. The return address is also found on this slip. Simply call customer service for a return authorization, pack the unused, unopened items securely, and send it back with any method that offers tracking and insurance. Once your return is received, a refund for the amount minus shipping and handling will be issued to your original payment method.
Retail Returns
Retail return will follow the same policy as online customers.
